ABOUT US
The Warren Public Library serves greater Warren as a community center and as the focal point for lifelong learning and self-enrichment by making library materials available in print and electronic forms. It is an access point for the intellectual resources and energy of the community, offers young children a positive introduction to the world of learning and reading for pleasure, and offers library patrons access to computer services and online resources.

Marie Schmukal
Library Director
Before being named director in 2017, Marie served as Children's Librarian for three years. She loves to curl up with a good mystery, a cat, and a cup of Lady Grey.
Amanda Gates
Community Programming and
Youth Services Librarian
Amanda joined the Warren Public Library team in 2017. Previously, she taught college composition and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) at universities in Maryland and the People's Republic of China. She spends her free time running after her three active children.
